Good to know

Questions

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you know your date. Weekends and the last few days of the month fill up first, so if you have any flexibility, a mid-week or mid-month date is easier to get.

What changes the price of my move?

The amount of stuff, how many flights of stairs, how far we carry from the truck, the distance between homes, heavy or awkward items, and whether you need packing. That's why the quote form asks for those details.

Do I need to be there on moving day?

You or someone you trust should be there at pickup and drop-off to walk the crew through what's going, point out anything fragile, and show where things go in the new place.

I already rented a truck. Can you just do the lifting?

Yes. That's our labor-only service. We load or unload your rental truck, PODS or storage unit and pack it tight so nothing shifts on the road.

What should I do about parking and elevators?

Save a spot close to the door for the truck, and if your building has an elevator, ask management to reserve it for your moving window. Tell us about either one in the quote form so the crew plans for it.

Can you take away things I'm not keeping?

Yes. Add junk removal to your quote and list the items in the notes box, and we'll haul them off the same day.
